CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

BUTI

BUTI is a somatic movement practice that seamlessly fuses functional movement with cardio dance and multidimensional asana sequencing. This practice challenges the body across all planes of motion while engaging all of the senses in a sweat dripping, beat driven journey like no other. All levels welcome. Bring a mat and water to class. 

DEEP 

Deep is a restorative movement sequence that utilizes the Spiral Structure Technique® to connect mind to muscle and catalyze vibrational change on a cellular level. DeepFLOW is low-impact and focuses on micro-movements paired with physical touch to connect the brain to innervated muscle tissue, restructuring the deep core. DeepFLOW is designed to prevent injury, restore muscle innervation and assist in the recovery of bladder/ uterine prolapse and diastasis recti. The class structure also includes self-massage and pressure point activation to release muscles during deep restorative asanas. Class duration ranges 60-90 minutes including a 5-7 minute meditation. Bring a mat and water to class. 

CYCLE | BUTI ON A BIKE

CYCLE classes are rhythm-based and beat-driven. Upper body and ab movement sequencing challenges the body across all planes of motion during this HIIT sequenced 45 minute ride. Close out your session with a 7 minute stretch to lengthen + restore the muscle groups worked. Classes can be adapted to all skill levels. Come ready to ride hard + have fun.

CYCLE GLO 

All the upbeat primal and somatic moves of FxnFlow or CYCLE but with black lights and glow paint! Each week we alternate formats. Come 30 minutes early to get glowed up.
